THAT the Committee adopt the following recommendations contained within the staff reports on the consent agenda as a single motion and refer to Regular Council for final approval. 9.1 Report No. PW-2024-021 from Deputy Director, Engineering regarding utility easement agreement associated with Cobourg East trunk sanitary sewer WHEREAS the Committee adopt the following recommendation and refer to Regular Council for final approval. THAT Council authorize Staff to execute an agreement to receive grant of easement including but not limited to an acknowledgement and direction regarding the conveyance of an easement for the Cobourg East trunk sanitary sewer. Page 2 of 5 October 30, 2024 9.2 Report No. PW-2024-022 from Manager, Roads and Sewers regarding Capital Budget Reallocation for Skid Steer Replacement WHEREAS the Committee adopt the following recommendation and refer to Regular Council for final approval. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council approve the purchase of one (1) Bobcat T66 tracked skid steer from Bobcat of Peterborough, Cavan Monaghan, ON, under the LAS/CANOE procurement system for a total cost of $ 84,369.45 including non- refundable taxes; and FURTHER THAT $54,369.45 of the 2024 budgeted funds for the Roads Department’s backhoe replacement be utilized for the purchase of the skid steer, which is within the approved budget and to be funded by the vehicle reserve; and FURTHER THAT the 2024 budgeted funds for the Environmental Services purchase of the Roads Dep
