THAT the DBIA Board of Management refer the 2026 Policy Manual to the September meeting.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the financial report for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the budget vs actual for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the marketing committee notes for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the events committee notes for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the 2027 budget requests for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the membership committee notes for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the Beautification Report for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the draft RFQ for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the Manager Report for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management meet in Closed Session in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 regarding:  (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees [s. 239 (2) (b)]
