Cobourg Heritage Advisory Committee

That the Committee confirm the agenda, as circulated.

THAT the Committee adopt the minutes, as circulated.

THAT the Committee receive the summary of HP-2025-025 for information purposes, and; FURTHER THAT the Committee align with Planning Staff’s review of HP-2025-025 for the addition of a detached garage with an over - frame roof connected to the Primary Dwelling , and; FURTHER, THAT the Committee recommend the approval of HP-2025-025, conditional upon all Staff and Committee comments being positively addressed.

THAT the Committee receive the summary of HP-2025-030 for information purposes, and; FURTHER THAT the Committee align with Planning Staff’s review of HP-2025-030 for the addition of an attached sunroom addition with a framed roof connected to the Primary Dwelling, and; FURTHER, THAT the Committee recommend the approval of HP-2025-030, conditional upon all Staff and Committee comments being positively addressed.

THAT the Committee receive the summary of Heritage Permit approvals for the month of August for information purposes.

THAT the Committee receive the information regarding the Lieutenant Governor’s Ontario Heritage Trust Awards for information purposes and; FURTHER, THAT the Committee engage in a discussion with Planning Staff to determine appropriate nominees for each award category and; FURTHER, THAT the Committee notify Planning Staff of potential nominees that may be eligible for consideration for each award category.
