THAT Minor Variance Application A-02-26 be approved for the lands municipally known as 756 King Street West to permit relief from Section 4.17(a) of Comprehensive Zoning By-law 066-2025, to allow development on a lot not connected to municipal sanitary sewer services. AND THAT the approval of this application shall be subject to the following condition : That all outstanding municipal taxes, including any penalties and interest, be paid in full to the satisfaction of the Municipality as of the date of the decision.
