Cobourg Heritage Advisory Committee

That the Committee confirm the agenda, as circulated.

THAT the Committee adopt the minutes, as amended.

THAT the Committee approve the dates listed below for the 2026 Heritage Advisory Committee meeting schedule.

THAT the Committee receive the summary of permit approvals for October-November for information purposes.

THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee collectively agree on all design-related comments pertaining to the proposed 9 -storey development located on the Subject Lands municipally known as 202 Second Street, and, FURTHER, THAT the Chair of the Committee be authorized to compile and finalize all Committee comments as expressed and agreed upon in this meeting into a single consolidated letter on behalf of the Committee, and, FURTHER, THAT the Chair submit the finalized letter to the Town Planning Staff for inclusion in a Staff Report to be submitted by November 18 th , 2025, that will be presented to Council for their consideration as part of the review and approval process for the proposed development.
