Action Recommended: BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Cobourg Police Service Board meet in closed session, in accordance with Section 44(2) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 for the purpose of considering confidential items pertaining to labour relations.

BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 10 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, which states that a police service board shall ensure adequate policing in the area for which they are responsible, all communication regarding the service delivery of adequate and effective policing shall be directed to the Police Service Board.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Policy Committee of the Board accept policies GP- 022, GP-023, and GP-024, effective immediately. AND FURTHER that the Board direct the Chief to enact these policies into corresponding procedures.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board accept the following change to the Strategic Planning Committee Terms of Reference: that the Committee shall consist of two citizen members and at least three Board members. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board accept the following change to the Finance Committee Terms of Reference: that the Committee shall consist of three citizen members and a minimum of four Board members.
