THAT Minor Variance Application A-05-24 for 526 Elizabeth Street to permit a reduction in lot frontage from 18.3 metres to 14.63 metres and an increase in the permitted lot coverage for all accessory buildings from 8% of the total lot area to 11.5% of the total lot area, be approved subject to the following condition: The Owner/Applicant demonstrate that the proposed servicing of the coach house is adequate to the satisfaction of Municipal Engineering Staff prior to the issuance of a Building Permit.
