WHEREAS the Committee adopt the following recommendation and refer to Regular Council for final approval. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council direct the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to execute the Contribution Agreement, all supporting documents, and any amending agreements with Housing, Infrastructure Page 2 of 3 April 8, 2026 and Communities Canada for participation in the Canada Public Transit Fund (CPTF) – Baseline Funding stream; and FURTHER THAT Council direct Staff to submit the required component applications and implement eligible capital and non-capital projects in accordance with the approved Capital Plan.
