THAT the Committee approve minor variance application A-01-26, to facilitate the construction of two new additional residential units in the existing single detached dwelling with respect to the property known municipally as 372 Major Street: 1. To permit relief from the maximum permitted floor area for additional residential units of 50% of the floor area of the main dwelling unit, as per section 4.3.2 c) of Comprehensive Zoning By- law 066-2025, to allow for a maximum permitted floor area for additional residential units of 65.4% of the floor area of the main dwelling unit conditional that the applicant submit a site plan showing an access laneway to the south side of the building to the satisfaction of the Manager of Development Review.
