THAT the Committee rec eive the following report for information purposes and; FURTHER, THAT the Committee align with Planning Staff’s review of HP-2025-029 to remove a failing chimney from the southern corner of the roof of the Subject Property, and; FURTHER, THAT the Committee supports the approval of HP-2025-029, conditional upon all Committee and Staff comments being positively addressed.
