WHEREAS the Committee adopt the following recommendation and refer to Regular Council for final approval. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council refer the delegation regarding Safety Concerns on Birchwood Trail to the Road Safety Response Team for comment and direct Staff to report back at the October 29, 2025 Regular Meeting. FURTHER THAT Council approve $5000 to be reallocated from the current budget to fund the traffic study.
