THAT Council authorize the CAO to send a letter in response to the letter received by the CAO of Northumberland County and copy the Mayor of Cobourg and Council on the response; and Page 2 of 3 October 30, 2024 FURTHER THAT Council authorize the Manager, Municipal Law Enforcement and Licensing and the Town Solicitors to meet with Northumberland County Staff to discuss the topics raised in the correspondence noted above and shall not discuss the outstanding by-law exemption appeal requested by Northumberland County under the ECE By-law.
