THAT Council meet in Closed Session at 1:11 p.m. in accordance with section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001 regarding: the security of the property of the municipality or local board (s.239 (2) (a)); and personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (s. 239 (2) (b)); and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (s. 239 (2) (f)); and Page 2 of 4 April 22, 2026 a trade secret or scientific, technical, commercial, financial or labour relations information, supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization (s. 239 (2) (i)).
