THAT the Committee approve Minor Variance A-06-25, to facilitate the construction of a proposed storage warehouse addition on the West side of the property, with respect to the property municipally known as 1125 Elgin Street West. To permit relief from the required maximum 25% lot coverage, as per Section 14.2.20.4(iii) of Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 085-2003, to allow for a new total lot coverage of 25.54% .
