That the Committee confirm the agenda, as circulated.

THAT the Committee adopt the minutes, as circulated.

THAT the Committee refer the consideration of Heritage Permit Application HP-2026-019 to a future Committee meeting.

MOTION TO AMEND That the Committee add the following wording to the motion: FURTHER THAT staff engage the applicant for more information regarding the restoration work surrounding all the main floor windows and porch features.

THAT the Committee recommend approval of Heritage Permit Application #HP-2026-028, permitting the construction of a new two-storey addition at the rear of the existing primary dwelling and FURTHER THAT staff engage the applicant for more information regarding the restoration work surrounding all the main floor windows and porch features.

THAT the Committee receives the Heritage Permit Approval from the Ontario Heritage Trust for restoration work and signage for 55 King Street W. (Victoria Hall) for information purposes; and, FURTHER, THAT the Committee support Staff’s recommendation for the approval of the restoration work that is in alignment with the Ontario Heritage Trust Easement Approval.
