THAT the Committee adopt the following staff reports on the consent agenda as a single motion: 9.1 Report No. LS-2025-015 from Deputy Clerk/Manager of Legislative Services regarding Updated 2020-2025 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan WHEREAS the Committee adopt the following recommendation and refer to Regular Council for final approval. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council approve the updated 2020-2025 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan. Page 2 of 4 June 5, 2025 9.2 Report No. CAO-2025-005 from Manager of the Office of the CAO regarding 2025 Operational Plan – Q1 Progress Report WHEREAS the Committee adopt the following recommendation and refer to Regular Council for final approval. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council direct staff to make publicly available on the Town’s website the Q1 2025 Operational Plan update. 9.3 Report No. LS-2025-016 from Deputy Clerk/Manager of Legislative Services regarding Transit Emergency Preparedness and Response Policy WHEREAS the Committee adopt the following recommendation and refer to Regular Council for final approval. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council approve the Transit Emergency Preparedness and Response Policy.

MOTION TO AMEND That the first paragraph be replaced with the following wording: WHEREAS the Committee refer the following recommendation to ‘Items extracted’ at the Regular Council for consideration and final approval by all of Council:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council approve the updated Memorandum of Understanding between the Corporation of the Town of Cobourg and the Cobourg Police Service governing the use of revenues generated by the Cobourg Police Service’s Business Services Unit.
