Downtown Business Improvement Area Board of Management

THAT the DBIA Board of Management Agenda dated April 09, 2026, be approved as amended.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management Regular board meeting minutes dated March 12, 2026, be adopted as presented.

THAT the correspondence from T. Rickerby be received for information purposes.

THAT the Board of Management approve the Strategic Plan 2027 - 2030 with the addition of the Board of Management photo and head shot of the Manager.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management recommends that the Town of Cobourg place a hiatus on the sidewalk sign permit until the process system is cleaned up, and, FURTHER THAT the business have current liability insurance to place sidewalk sign out on the sidewalk and provide to the town.
