THAT Council instruct staff to temporarily close the Outdoor Rink in Rotary Harbourfront Park until Saturday at 10am or until updated Provincial Orders are received and interpreted by the Emergency Control Group; AND FURTHER THAT Council endorses the operation of the rink while authorizing the Emergency Control Group to implement any specific restrictions in the updated Provincial Regulations.
