THAT Council be advised that the Planning and Development Advisory Committee (PDAC) has duty considered the application from Community Plan ning and Consulting Inc. on beha lf of Linmac Inc. to amend Shopping Centre Exception Four (SC-4) Zone to permit “Medical Clinic Use” as a permitted land use at 1005 Elgin Street West (Fleming Build ing) to existing commercial building. FURTHER THAT the Planning and Development Advisory Committee endorses the conclusions of the Planning Report.
