WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee believes that stronger protection regulations are needed for the West Headland as a Natural Environment. Therefore, based on the review of the detailed report from the director of Community Services, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee recommends that Council clarify and strengthen zoning for the West Headland and the addition of the West Headland as a nature park under Schedule A of the Parks Use By-Law.
