THAT the Committee approve Minor Variance Application A-04-2025, to facilitate the construction of an attached front porch extension and garage on the north side of the primary dwelling, with respect to the property known as 448 Cottesmore Avenue: To permit relief from the required minimum exterior yard setback of 6.0 metres (20 ft.), as per Section 9.1.11 of Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 085-2003, to allow for an exterior yard setback of 1.06 metres (3.47 ft.), conditional that the garage does not permit habitation and will not include any new residential uses.
