Downtown Business Improvement Area Board of Management

THAT the DBIA Board of Management agenda dated December 11, 2025, be approved as presented.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management accept the resolutions from Town of Cobourg Council for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management accept the Financial Report date ending October 31, 2025, for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management accept the Year-to-Date vs Budget date ending October 31, 2025, for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management increase the seasonal decor by $7500, and, FURTHER THAT the Board of Management reduce the Patio Opening/ May event from $5000 to zero ($0), and, FURTHER THAT the Board of Management reduce the Flag Program to $4,000.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management increase the member relations budget line to $1000, and, FURTHER THAT reduce the Flag Program to $3000.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management decrease fundraising and sponsorship budget line to $500, and, FURTHER THAT reduce the Flag Program by $500 for budget line of $2500.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management approve the 2026 Draft Budget as amended at the December 11, 2025, meeting.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management accept the Manager Report for information purposes.

THAT the Board of Management meet in open session to continue with the agenda.
