THAT the DBIA Board of Management regular minutes dated May 14, 2026 be adopted as presented/amended.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management accept with regret the resignation of Tracey Tink from the DBIA Board of Management.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management consider the cigarette butt can project for 2027 beautification budget line.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management approve the Monthly Financial Report as presented for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the Budget vs Actual spreadsheet for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the Event Committee Report for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management receive the Manager Report for information purposes.

THAT the DBIA Board of Management meet in Closed Session in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 regarding:  (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board [s. 239 (2) (c)]

THAT the DBIA Board of Management move into open to resume the meeting.
