THAT the Cobourg Heritage Advisory Committee receive the staff report; FURTHER THAT the Cobourg Heritage Advisory Committee support the request of staff for the applicant to submit a revised drawing including the retention of the original stairs; FURTHER THAT the Cobourg Heritage Advisory Committee recommend to Council, following staff’s receipt and review of the revised drawing: That Council endorse the Cobourg Heritage Advisory Committee’s recommendations to approve Heritage Permit application HP-2024-033 for the removal of the temporary wooden stair at the main north entry to the building, construct new stairs, platform and ramp to provide barrier-free access to main entry, and replace existing aluminum entry door screen with new, including an automatic door opener; and Further That Council approve Heritage Permit application HP-2024-007, submitted by Reno Piccini, Piccini Architect, on behalf of the Town of Cobourg.
